Terms and conditions:

  • Cancellation made within 7 days of arrival will attract 100% of the total retreat price.

  • No-show on check-in date would qualify for no refund and the booking will be considered as canceled.

  • There will be no refund made for early departure while at the resort.

  • In case the resort is not operational due to Natural Calamities / Global Pandemic / National or Global Emergencies, any refund applicable will be made 3 months after the resort re-opens.

  • The rescheduling period is One year from the date of cancellation. This is applicable only if the cancellation is made due to Natural Calamities / Global Pandemic / National or Global Emergencies.
